Privacy Policy — KitchenPix2D™

1. What we collect

Everything below is stored only on your own device — never uploaded to us, because we have nowhere to upload it to:

• Your name, phone number, and email — entered when you connect with a showroom, used only to identify you in the text message you send them.
• Your kitchen design choices — the shape, colors, and appliances you pick.
• Photos you take — of your cabinet, countertop, floor, backsplash, or appliances, plus a measurements photo if you add one, used to show your showroom what you want.
• Showroom information — if you enroll as a showroom, your business name and phone number, which becomes your connection code.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or anything beyond what's listed above.

2. Where your information actually goes

KitchenPix2D has no servers, so there is no company database of KitchenPix2D users anywhere. When you connect with a showroom:

• Your name, phone, and email are used to pre-fill a normal text message addressed to the showroom's own business phone number.
• That text opens in your phone's own Messages app. You review it and tap Send yourself — nothing sends automatically, ever.
• Once sent, that message exists only in your phone's Messages app and the showroom's phone, the same as any text you'd send a friend. We never see it, never receive a copy, and have no way to access it.

Your kitchen design choices, photos, and notes work the same way: they stay on your phone, and only ever leave your phone when you personally choose to text them to a showroom.

3. Showroom codes and QR codes

A showroom's "code" is simply their own business phone number — nothing invented, and nothing that requires a server to look up. Scanning a showroom's QR code just opens KitchenPix2D and fills in that number; no information about you is sent anywhere by scanning it.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment card details — Google Play does, under its own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep things

Since everything lives only in the app on your own device, your information is kept only as long as the app is installed. Uninstalling KitchenPix2D, or clearing its storage in your phone's Settings, deletes everything immediately — there is nothing left anywhere else for us to delete, because we never had a copy of it.

6. Who we share with

We don't share your information with anyone, because we don't have it. The only place it ever goes is to a showroom you personally choose to text, and only once you tap Send. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your choices and rights

Because we hold no copy of your data on any server, most requests are already satisfied by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage in your phone's settings — see our data deletion page for details. Depending on where you live you may still have rights to ask us questions about this — email mahaexpocorp@gmail.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CPRA, and we do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what's described in section 1.

8. Security

Since your information never leaves your device except via a text message you personally choose to send, there is no server of ours to secure. Standard Android app-sandboxing protects the app's local storage from other apps on your phone. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

KitchenPix2D is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post a new effective date. For material changes we will notify you in the app.
